Yin Yoga | 60 Minutes

Yin Yoga may involve props such as straps or blocks. It is great for increasing strength and flexibility as it works with the connective tissues surrounding everything in your body. This aids in relieving trauma in the body or areas where our bodies hold more tensions and emotions. Yin involves a passive, but mindful “stretch” and the poses are held for about 3-5 minutes on average. Yin is a great way to tune in to the communication your body desires and be aware of the thoughts that come and go.
