Enso Collaborative is a network of Guides - or Practitioners - that aim to create a safe space for the community to recharge, connect, heal and exist peacefully and authentically.
We've combined our efforts to provide a sturdy support system, diverse offerings, and intentional care, many with trauma-informed approaches. This healing center would be the first of its kind settled within Historic Valley Junction, where the rich and diverse culture aligns with our goal of increasing community support and providing experiences to rejuvenate spirits and transform lives.
Each of us has experienced the transformative power of healing from trauma firsthand. It is our passion and purpose to extend this opportunity to others in our community. We believe that everyone deserves a space where they can focus on their well-being, surrounded by experienced practitioners and a supportive community.
Practitioners themselves need a safe haven to operate, support their clients, and connect. We value the energy and work you provide, and understand the challenges in the community. This is no place for rivalry; here you'll find kind-hearted people, supportive businesses, collaborative spirits, and genuine souls.
Enso is a home for you.

Hi! I'm Selena, founder of Nadi. I began my official healing journey over 15 years ago. I struggled to find a reason of existing, had minimal support, and felt lost. One day, I started to revisit a small piece of my childhood, yoga. I began to explore more Eastern methods, gaining insight on the history and cultures, and I was amazed at how I responded to ancient practices: I finally discovered my Purpose. I finally felt safe to exist, not only in the world, but with myself.
This is my Purpose. To be an option for you, a Guide, to help navigate the tricky ebbs and flows of life. Whether you are searching for peace, clarity, strength, Nirvana, or simply to explore safely.

Hi! My name is Amanda and I started my yoga journey in 2015 in Charlotte, NC. I was looking for a way to “exercise” that I would enjoy, and what I found would change my life forever... Restorative/Yin yoga.
The mind/body connection I experienced as I began to slow down and allow myself to rest, release and let go was truly transformational. I wanted to share this with everyone I could, so in 2019 I obtained my 200-hour certification at the Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC.
I can’t wait to join you on your journey!

Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I’m the founder of Wholehearted Healing.
My journey began in 2015 while working in mental healthcare, where my curiosity led me to my first yoga class. Once I started practicing, I knew that there was a different way of being, and I was devoted to learning more. Eventually, I followed my heart to massage school and graduated in 2017. Since then, I have found so many alternative and
holistic systems, learned about different spiritual practices and fallen in love with stillness-based yoga.My classes and services offer you space to slow down, unwind tension, and navigate the transformative portals of life. It is truly my pleasure to share these practices so that you, too, may embody the spirit of
rest.

Hi! My name is Emily and I look forward to connecting with you! I spent my whole life as an endurance athlete, and for a long time I strictly believed that if whatever I was doing (whether in exercise, work, or even just life!) wasn't hard, then it wasn't worth it. For years I taught intense bootcamp, HIIT, circuit training and barbell classes, which in the end left me feeling rundown and broken.
This mentality shifted for me when I first found yoga five years ago. I was amidst a personal crossroads of my life, looking for purpose, and started diving into yoga philosophy. I never looked back. After a few years of teaching yoga I was introduced to Pilates and found a deep love of combining the physicality I always loved in other movement modalities, but now with mindfulness and intention.
I realize now there is a time and place for all forms of movement, and I truly look forward to helping you find the one that enriches YOU the most!

My name is Heidi and I look forward to connecting with you on our mats. I found my way to my mat in much the same way you likely did. I was looking for a new way to be with my body, mind, heart and spirit. And what I found on my mat is radical acceptance for all of myself, that without the mud, there is no lotus and that transformation involves loving our tattered wings, not trying to have perfect wings.
I took my first yoga class in 2010 with a Ukrainian teacher and friend while living in Moscow after decades of intense endurance sport. I knew in a single class that while my broken and battered body was not ready for the practice my heart, mind and spirit were. For me, yoga is deeply intimate and sacred practice that is meant to be held in intentional community and taken off the mat by unblocking our minds, hearts and bodies so our Loving Spirit can shine in the world. We practice saying yes and the wisdom within will make it so.
